Custom Orders
  European Country Living is pleased to work with you and your unique decorating needs. Our sales associates can help you choose the right furniture and accessories to make your home fit your needs and lifestyle. However, please remember that although we are happy to assist you in your choice of home furnishings, the final decision on style, size, and finish is yours. Please make sure that you are completely satisfied with your choices before placing a Custom Order.

Cancellation Policy:
Once a Custom Order has been placed, changes and/or cancellations are not permitted. If delivery of an item is not accepted, a quarter (25%) of the total item purchase price will be forfeited. Additionally, repackaging and return shipping charges may apply. Any remaining balances will ONLY be given as a store credit.

Production & Transport Time:
Custom Order merchandise general requires a minimum of 14~16 weeks to be manufactured and delivered to ECL’s warehouse. The actual time frame will depend on the item purchased, the time of year (most manufacturers close for up to one month during the summer and winter holidays), and other factors such as production schedules, availability of materials to produce the product, weather conditions, national holidays, etc. While we will provide you with an estimated delivery date, no time frame for completion and delivery is guaranteed.

European Country Living will make every effort to have your merchandise available as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond its control. There can be no cancellations nor refunds due to production and/or shipping delays.

Custom Orders Before an International Relocation:
Since production and transport times may vary for each Custom Order, European Country Living will not accept a Custom Order less than 120 days before a customer’s international relocation.

Size Limitation:
Please measure your furniture carefully before purchasing. Furniture often appears smaller in our showrooms and/or warehouse than it will in your home. ECL does not accept returns of Custom Orders due to the size of the furniture. Please see our policy above regarding cancellation of a Custom Order.

How do I find my product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
