We are pleased to work with you and your unique decorating needs. Our Sales Associates can help you choose the right furniture and accessories to make your home fit your needs and lifestyle. However, please remember that although we are happy to assist you in your choice of home furnishings, the final decision on style, size, and finish is yours. Please make sure that you are completely satisfied with your choices before placing a Custom Order.

Deposit & Final Payments

Because custom ordered merchandise is manufactured to your exact specifications, a deposit of half (50%) of the purchase price is required at the time you place your order. The remaining balance will be split into two (2) payments of 25% each and charged to your credit card 30 and 60 days from the initial purchase date, respectively. Please be aware that these payments will be booked on scheduled due dates even if your Custom Order merchandise has not yet arrived in our warehouse and/or has not yet been delivered to your home or final destination.

Cancellation Policy

Once a Custom Order has been placed, changes and/or cancellations are not permitted. If delivery of an item is not accepted, a quarter (25%) of the total item purchase price will be forfeited. Additionally, repackaging and return shipping charges may apply.

Production & Transport Time

Custom Order merchandise requires approximately 10~12 weeks to be manufactured and delivered to ECL’s warehouse. The actual time frame will depend on the item purchased, the time of year (most manufacturers close for several weeks during the summer and winter holiday seasons), and other factors such as weather conditions, national holidays, etc. While we will provide you with an estimated delivery date, no time frame for completion and delivery is guaranteed.

Size Limitation

Please measure your furniture carefully before purchasing.  Furniture often appears smaller in our showrooms and/or warehouse than it will in your home.  ECL does not accept returns of Custom Orders due to the size of the furniture.  Should our delivery personnel be unable to place the furniture in its desired location due to size, the furniture will be left in your home for you to place at your convenience.

Custom Order Agreement

I have read, understand, and agree to the provisions set forth by the Purchase Agreement attached to my receipt. Furthermore, I understand that there can be no cancellations, refunds and/or exchanges on my Custom Order.
