Free Financing with No Administrative Fees

ECL offers its customers a no-cost Extended Payment Plan on net purchases totaling € 1000.00 or more. It is not a layaway plan and thus the customers may take the item(s) that they have purchased home right away (or have them delivered, as the case may be).

Requirements

Minimum net purchases to qualify is € 1,000.00. “Net purchases” means the total amount due after any discounts and/or tax discounts with a VAT form. Complete and valid contact information must be provided at time of purchase, as well as a valid credit card with an expiration date after the final payment due date. A credit card is always required as a back-up, even if the customer intends to pay cash, use a European EC-Card, or wire transfer the balance.

Down Payment

A 50% Down Payment is required at time of purchase.

Remaining Payments

The remaining balance is split into two (2) payments of 25% each, due in 30 and 60 days, respectively. Payments will be booked automatically from the credit card on the due date unless the customer makes some other arrangement before the actual due date. Customers who would like to pay cash, use a European EC-Card, or wire transfer the balance must do so before the due date or the payment will be booked on their credit card.

Receipts of Payments

A receipt of all payments that have been booked to a credit card will be sent to the customer’s home address on file.

Delinquincy

Should a payment not be able to be booked on the Due Date because of insufficient funds or the credit card having been cancelled, ECL reserves the right to require immediate payment in full of the entire outstanding balance. Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to notify ECL immediately if a credit card is lost, stolen, cancelled or cannot be used due to insufficient funds.

Cancellation Fee

A 10% Administrative Fee of the total purchase cost will be accessed should it become necessary to cancel an Extended Payment Plan for any reason.

Agreement

I have read, understand, and agree to the provisions set forth by the Purchase Agreement attached to my receipt, as well as the Extended Payment Plan outlined above.
