Customer Service

All information that European Country Living collects is intended solely to offer better customer service and to improve communications.   Home addresses, phone numbers and/or email addresses may be used for scheduling deliveries, contacting customers regarding the status of a custom order or notifying them when requested items are available in the store.  Occasionally we inform customers of products and services that may interest them, or when special sales or other events are happening.

Updating Contact Information

If you need to update your contact information, just notify us with any changes.  Be sure to include your previous and current full name, mailing address(es), email address(es) and phone number(s). Please understand that updates may take several weeks to process.

eNewsletters

If you are receiving our eNewsletters on a regular basis, updates in contact information can be done by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of each eNewsletter.  Furthermore, ECL uses “SafeUnsubscribe” on all eNewsletters, allowing you to automatically unsubscribe with the click off a button.

Sometimes we provide referrals to other websites or services in which our customers may be interested.  European Country Living is not responsible for these, and if you choose to explore them, we suggest that you carefully review their individual Privacy Policies.
