How do I return an item?
Returns & Exchanges
European Country Living does not accept any returns or exchanges and does not issue any refunds. Please be sure to consider your purchases carefully.
Floor Models and Clearance Items
All floor models and clearance items are sold "As Is" and there can be no returns, exchanges or refunds.
Antiques and Vintage Merchandise
Due to the very nature of "used" products, antiques and vintage merchandise are sold "As Is" and there can be no returns, exchanges or exchanges.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any merchandise purchased fits into the desired location. Please measure all rooms, doorways, hallways and stairs carefully before making a purchase. Furniture cannot be returned, exchanged, nor refunded due to size constraints.
Delivery & Service Fees
Delivery and service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
The majority of furniture and accessories sold at ECL are vintage or antique, and thus unique items. Even newly built furniture is hand-crafted using natural materials, often reclaimed or recycled. Please be aware that there may be slight variations in material, color or size due to the unique nature of each item.
Customer Pick-Ups at our Warehouse
Please call or email ahead to schedule a pick-up appointment. It is the customer's responsibility to bring enough manpower and wrapping materials to to inspecty each item carefully before pick-up. ECL cannot be held liable for any damages should a customer opt to pick up any merchandise themselves. Once the item has left ECL's premises, there can be no returns, exchanges or refunds.
